How much does it cost?
The cost of the certificate is calculated based on the selected service package that you would like to gift, as well as additional services (studio booking, stylist and makeup artist services, clothing rental, etc.) that will be added to the certificate separately.
Terms of use for the gift certificate
To ensure that every photoshoot proceeds smoothly, joyfully, and positively, there are several rules that will facilitate our communication and address some questions that may arise.
- The gift certificate has a validity period (6 calendar months from the date of purchase), and after expiration, the certificate is considered invalid. The funds paid for the certificate are non-refundable after the expiration date.
- Each certificate has a unique number recorded in my registry, which includes comprehensive information about the cost, services, and purchaser.
- The gift certificate is for one-time use only and is not eligible for multiple uses.
- When purchasing the certificate, you provide me with the name and phone number of the person to whom it will be given. If you decide to gift the certificate to someone other than initially specified, you must inform me to update the information in the registry and on the certificate. However, this rule applies only until the moment you receive the certificate. Once you have received the certificate, the recipient’s name cannot be changed.
- If the certificate is transferred to third parties not specified in the certificate details, the service will not be provided.
- The certificate is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- To activate the certificate, you need to contact me by phone, as indicated in the certificate, provide the certificate number, and we will discuss the time, place, and all the details of the photoshoot.
- To redeem the gift certificate, you must present it, so it is essential to keep the certificate and bring it directly to the photoshoot.
- The purchase of the certificate is considered acceptance of the above-mentioned rules.
How to prepare for the photoshoot?
Preparation for a photoshoot using a gift certificate is the same with preparing for a regular photoshoot:
The client who has received a gift certificate contacts me, and we choose location, time, and date, as well as discuss the concept of the shoot. We choose clothing and accessories, and go over all the details.
