What is Included in the Price

Design and Layout
- Layout Creation based on your preferences. I will develop the design so that your photographs tell a cohesive story.
- Personalization: You can add inscriptions, titles, and dates. Simply mark on the files where and what should be.
- Organization: If a specific chronology is important to you, please number the photo files.
- Your Ideas: If you have examples you like (design, arrangement), show them before starting work — this will speed up the process!
Approval and Revision Process
- Layout Approval: You receive the layout for review. We approve it based on your technical specification (TS).
- Revision Limit: The price includes 2 rounds of revisions and corrections to the layout.
- After the second round, each subsequent revision is subject to an additional fee (determined individually).
Timeline and Delivery
- Payment: Made after the final layout approval.
- Completion Time: Up to 1 week from the moment of payment and submission to the printing house.
- Delivery:
- Within Busan: Free delivery to your address.
- Other cities/regions: Delivery by courier (cost is calculated additionally).
How to Prepare Photos for the Designer?
To allow me to quickly start work and create the ideal layout:
- Number them: If the photos need to be in a specific order.
- Mark the text: If you want to add captions, indicate them next to the corresponding files.
- Highlight the main ones: If you have many photos, mark the “Mandatory” (about 50-60%) and “Additional” shots.

How many photos are needed for a 16-page book?
This is a very flexible parameter that depends on the story we want to tell!
Our rule: We can comfortably place from 20–30 key photos (for a large, minimalistic design focusing on details) up to 50 or more shots (for a dynamic collage design).
Recommendation: We can place from 1 to 20 photos on each page. For the book to look stylish, I recommend choosing around 35–45 shots. This will help maintain a balance between large, impactful spreads and compact collages.
How long does printing take?
We value your time, which is why we strive for maximum efficiency!
Standard Timeframe: As a rule, from the moment the layout is sent to the printing house until you receive the finished album, no more than 5-7 business days (up to a week) will pass.
Important Note: Please keep in mind that during pre-holiday and holiday periods (New Year, Korean New Year, Chuseok), production times may be extended by 2–3 days due to the high workload of printing houses and courier services.
Can I choose the arrangement of the photos myself?
Yes, absolutely! This is your book and your story.
Your Technical Specification (TS) is the Priority: You can inform me in advance about the desired order and arrangement of the photos.
How to do it:
- Number the photos in the order they should appear.
- Specify your wishes (e.g., “This photo should be a full spread,” “Place this pair of photos on one page,” “Add text: [your text]”).
- I will strictly follow your TS when creating the first draft of the layout.
How is the layout approved?
The process is maximally transparent and convenient for you:
- Creation: Based on your technical specification, wishes, and selected photos, I create a draft layout in PDF format.
- Review: I send this layout to you. You carefully review it on your computer or tablet.
- Revisions: You collect all necessary revisions, changes, and wishes into a single list (for example: “On page 5: swap photos 21 and 22”; “On page 12: remove photo 45, add text 'Our First Day in Busan'”).
- Approval: Our plans include two rounds of revisions. After the revisions are made and you give your final confirmation, the layout is considered approved and ready for printing.
